It was Monday, September 14th. It was cool in Camp Puppy Haven, warm by noon. We were working the day watch out of Empty House Advisory. My partner's The Goose. The boss is Commander Burl. My name's Puppy.
The house emptied at seven-forty. A woman apologized twice on her way out. The Goose was asleep before the car reached the road.
