We want your gear to make you feel better the moment you put it on. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

The 3-Step Plan

  1. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Choose Exchange or Refund.
  3. We reprint or refund once the return is scanned/approved.

Start a Return or Exchange (how to contact us)

To start a return or exchange, email ThinkDog@think-like-a-dog-store.com.

If your request is accepted, U.S. orders will receive a prepaid return shipping label plus instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International orders: If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and the return address; return postage is customer-paid.

If Something’s Wrong (misprint, damage, wrong item)

Email us within 30 days with your order # and a quick photo.
We’ll replace or refund at no cost—no return needed. Please keep or donate the original.

Exchanges (size/color/design)

Fast path (most tees & mugs): No-Return Exchange. Keep/donate the original; we’ll place a fresh order in the right size/color.

Prefer to send it back? We’ll email a prepaid U.S. return label and ship the replacement when the return scans.

Eligibility: item is unworn/unwashed and in new condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds cover the product price (original shipping isn’t refundable).
  • If we provide a prepaid U.S. return label, we deduct a $6.95 label fee from the refund.
  • We’ll notify you when your refund is processed; your bank may take a few days to post it.

Not Returnable

  • Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items (if/when offered)
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery

Order Changes & Address Fixes

If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we can update size/color/address—just reply to your order email. If it has shipped, we’ll help where we can and fall back to the policy above.

“Delivered” but Missing / Lost in Transit

  • Marked delivered? Give it 48 hours and check parcel lockers/neighbors. Still missing? Email us within 7 days.
  • Lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date; we’ll investigate and make it right.
