Include your order number if you have one — it gets you a real answer instead of a first reply asking for it.

Answers you might not need to wait for

  • Shipping: $5 flat standard, free over $75. 2–4 business days to print, 3–7 in transit. We ship within the United States only. (Full shipping policy)
  • Returns: 30 days from delivery. U.S. orders get a prepaid label with $6.95 deducted from the refund. (Full return policy)
  • Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace it free and you keep the original — no return needed.
  • Sizing: every blank we print on is measured on the sizing page.
