How can I find out about promotions and new products? Sign up for our newsletter below! You'll get updates on new products, special offers, and exclusive discounts for our subscribers.

We'd love that! Share a picture of your dog wearing our apparel with the hashtag #ThinkLikeADogStore, or send us a picture at support@think-like-a-dog-store.com, and we might feature your furry friend on our social media platforms or website.

Currently, we don't offer bespoke designs, but we are always expanding our range. Let us know what you're looking for, and we might be able to include it in future collections. Drop us a line

ORDER ISSUES

US ORDERS

We try to fulfill orders very quickly! However, if you made a mistake on your shipping address or ordered the wrong size, you have 1 hour to cancel or make changes to your order. (US orders only).

  1. Login to your Account homepage (or click the little person icon in the top right hand corner of the site).
  2. Scroll down to Your Orders and click See your order history.
  3. Click Order Details to the right of your order. 
  4. Get us all this information at orders@think-like-a-dog-store.com, and we'll go to work canceling or modifying your order.
  5. You can also try and reach us on the Chat Bot.

If it's past the 1 hour time limit and our warehouse has begun processing your order, still get in touch.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We try to fulfill orders very quickly, so we are not able to change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. However, we are happy to take an extra look just in case.

If you made a mistake with your shipping details, email us at orders@think-like-a-dog-store.com with your order number and new shipping address. 

If your order has already shipped we'd recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to have your package intercepted and redirected to the correct address.

A shipping confirmation with the tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that your order has been picked up by our shipping carrier and your tracking number will update as soon as the shipping carrier scans your order in.

Tracking status updates usually happen within 48 hours but if it hasn't, don't worry — your order is on its way and tracking will update shortly. This doesn't mean your order is lost and it's common for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.

If your tracking hasn't updated for over 10 business days, and you are concerned there may be a delay or error we'd recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.

In some cases, the shipping carrier may mark a package as "Delivered" a few days in advance when it's still out for delivery.

If you haven' received your package after it has been marked delivered, follow these steps:

  • Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
  • Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
  • Check with your neighbors, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.
  • Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 7 business days to account for this. Thanks for your patience! 

If it has already been past 7 days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.

Once your items are shipped, THiNK LiKE A DOG is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order! Before emailing us, we recommend checking the following:

  • We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we'll do our best to make this right. To speed up the process please make sure you include your order number and details of the missing item.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Too big? Too Small? Dog doesn't like it? We’re here to help!

We made our exchange policy as simple as possible. If within 60 days of your original order date, you need a different size, color, or style, email us at returns@think-like-a-dog-store.com or chat with us on our site during monitored hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Include your original order number, email address, or name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

We are sorry to hear you may have experienced an issue with an item you ordered!

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 60 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by the shipping serives covering your region.
  • You can contact us at returns@think-like-a-dog-store.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.

If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, Let us know! You have 40 days from your order date to contact us. Email us with your question about your return at returns@think-like-a-dog-store.com or chat with us from our home page from Monday through Friday during regular monitored chat hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. We will work to quickly issue a replacement for your product order. Unless your order was damaged in our process, we do not reimburse or send a label for the return shipping. You may ship it back to us by any method you’d like to an address we will provide to you based on where the item was produced. The return address for your item should also be on the packing ship enclosed with your item.

Order the wrong size? Wrong color? We have your back! If you have ordered clothing, click on the electronic receipt you received from us to edit the shipping address, size, or color of your item. Items cannot be added or removed from an order. If your order has been processed, email or chat with us so we can assist you further. Email us at returns@think-like-a-dog-store.com or chat with us from our home page during our regular chat hours. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return/exchange policy.

Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Return processing usually takes 3-5 business days and once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund. 

From there it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or return fees.
