This is the version of the design that has the least to say and says the most.

Lowercase. Plain sans-serif. No icon, no border, no flourish. "I don't know." appears as it would in a sentence. "Just Doing What My Dog Tells Me" follows it in the same register. The whole graphic reads the way an out-of-office reply reads: short, clean, factual, slightly resigned.

The reasoning is that the slogan does not need help. The Classification Label version frames the confession as documentation; the Chunky Retro version frames it as a wink. This version frames it as a sentence. A reader can take it as deadpan or as honest — the design will not insist on which.

That restraint is the design choice. Dog parents are smart. The shirt does not need to over-explain the surrender to people who are already living it.

The tee is the version of this restraint that gets worn most. Plain enough to layer, plain enough to wear under things, plain enough to read at twenty feet without crowding.
