The hoodie is the version of this design where the lettering can be loudest.
Chunky two-tone bubble letters, sparkles, retro-groovy weight. The slogan is the same as the rest of the line — the dog is in charge, the wearer is along for the ride — but the typography is the cheerful version of that statement. Less spec sheet, more park bench. A surrender stated with a wink.
The retro-groovy treatment matters because the slogan needs warmth to land. A confession with no warmth sounds like a complaint. The chunky lettering and sparkles re-tune the reading: this isn't I'm stuck with this dog. It's I'm with the dog and I'd rather be nowhere else.
On a hoodie, that warmth is doubled. Hoodies are already worn on the days the wearer has decided to be off-duty. Putting a chunky, knowing graphic on top of that makes the garment doubly itself: a thing for being unbothered in.
The Garment
8.5 oz/yd² (288 g/m²) ring-spun cotton-poly blend, 65/35, with a 100% cotton face for crisp print fidelity. Charcoal Heather, Carbon Grey, and Oatmeal Heather run 55/45.
Front pouch pocket. Self-fabric patch on the back. Three-panel hood. Matching flat drawstrings. Tear-away tag. (For legal reasons there is also a small manufacturer's side tag — discreet, doesn't compromise the design.)
Sourced from Pakistan, where the fabric is also woven and dyed.
Care: machine wash cold inside-out, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary; do not iron the print. No fabric softeners. No dry clean.
